Mobility Problems
There are a variety of reasons why our mobility may reduce, either through injury, operation or simply the aging process. Sometimes neurological conditions affecting the brain or spinal cord can also affect our own mobility.
It is imperative that we keep as mobile as we can and optimise what mobility we have got and try to build on that. With a detailed exercise programme and provision of appropriate walking aids, whether that be temporary or on a more permanent basis we hope to be able to maintain or improve any mobility problems you may have.
As we get older the incidents of falls increases. This can lead to fractures and other injury and hence detailed balance training can hopefully reduce the incidence of falls and keep mobility at an optimum.
